Ingredients
- 150g plain flour
 - 35g caster sugar
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp yeast
 - 2 eggs
 - 3 tbsp margarine, melted
 - 200ml warm water
 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp water
 
Filling
4 tbsp cream-style corn
4 tbsp fried groundnuts, pounded
1-2 tbsp caster sugar
Method
- Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
 - Mix in eggs, margarine and water.
 - Stir for 1 minute.
 - Mix baking soda and water.
 - Pour into batter and beat.
 - Cover, rest for 30 minutes.
 - Pour a little batter into the pan.
 - When almost set, spoon filling.
 - Fold and remove.
