Ingredients
- ¾ cup rice, cleaned
- 6 cups water
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
Accompaniments
- 6 pieces salted fish, fried
- 3 eggs, fried into omelet & thinly sliced
- 3 stalks spring onion, chopped
- ½ carrot, grated
- 4 shallots, fried crisps
- 2-3 tbsp chili oil
Method
- Place rice and water in a Shefu Low Pressure Cooker. Cover.
- Cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until softened.
- Season with salt and white pepper powder.
- Serve porridge with accompaniments.
